Hi!
My son is a diabetic. He loves to eat a piece of cake once in a while, I bake, decorate and sell cakes but I haven't been able to bake a cake with Nevella sweetner. This is the one that he uses.
The problem is that when I bake the cake it does not rise like the otherones that I do. It has a wonderful flavor but it stays very thin. I have added baking powder the the recipe but it is always the same thing.
If there is someone that can tell me what is happening I would appreciate it!
