I noticed in some recipes, they call for aji dulce, which is supposed to be a sweet, mild pepper which looks similar to habenero- but does not have the heat. I found at my supermarket a pepper labeled aji dulce, but when I cooked with them, they made the recipe very spicy. Does anyone know about aji dulce- could the supermarket have labeled habenero peppers wrong? Or, am I just a whimp?
