Bolitas de Plátano

1 very green plantain
1 tbsp. wheat flour
Grate the green plantain very well.

Put a small amount of the mix into the palm of your hand and form into a ball. (You may add a pinch of flour as necessary to give it more consistency)

Add the bolitas to the pot about 15 minutes before the asopao is done.

Serve steaming hot with pan de manteca or sobao with “butta” baby!
