6 eggs
1 can evaporated milk
1 can condensed milk
1 can coconut milk
1/4 tsp. cinammon
1 1/2 cup sugar
1/2 lb. sliced bread
Directions
Start by pre-heating the oven to 375º F.
Make the carmel by placing the sugar into a round metal mold (about 10 inches).
Place the mold on top of the stove at moderate heat until a light brown carmel forms.
Coat the mold all around with the carmel before it cools by holding the mold with pot holders and moving the mold. Set aside.
Blend the eggs, evaporated milk, condensed milk, coconut milk and cinammon.
Place the mix into the coated carmel mold, add the bread slices and let them soak in the mix.
Place the mold in the pre-heated oven and cook for 45 minutes.
Once it is cooled, place a plate over the mold and turn into the plate.
Tips
Top it off with "Cool Whip".
