Salmorejo de Jueyes

1 lb. fresh crab meat
1 tbsp. sofrito
3 tbsp. tomato sauce
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. capers
1 tsp. Manzanillo olives
1 envelope sazón
Salt, to taste
Sauté olive oil, sofrito, capers, olives and sazón for 5 minutes.

Add crab meat and continue to cook for 5-10 minutes.

Add tomato sauce and cook for an additional 15 minutes.
You can also add cilantro and serve with white rice or guineitos verdes. (cooked green bananas)
