6-8 Manicoti shells
32 oz. water
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 can tomato soup
1 jar of spaghetti sauce (your choice)
2 tbsp. salt
1/2 shredded cheese (your choice)
The Shells:

Place the water in a deep pot and add the olive oil.

When it starts to boil, add the manicoti shells and boil for 8-9 minutes and drain the shells.

The Filling:
Stuff with my "Basic Meat Filling Recipe".

Spray a deep baking dish with a Pam-like spray and place the canelones inside.

The Sauce:

Combine the undiluted tomato soup and the spaghetti sauce and por over the canelones.

Sprinkle the cheese over the canelones.

Microwave on high for 6-8 minutes or 1 minute per every manicoti.
The cheese should be melted when it's done.

Serve the canelones with a tossed salad.
If you don't like spaghetti sauce, substitute it for 1 8 oz. can of tomato sauce.
