Arroz con Leche

1 c. Raw rice
4 c. Water
Whole milk
Place the raw rice in a pot and add the water and a pinch of salt on medium heat.

Cook until rice is cooked in full which will be approximately 25-30 minutes.

After the rice is cooked in full, add enough milk to cover the rice and serve warm.

You can add a little butter if you wish.
Do not cook on high or the rice will burn.

You can also use low fat milk too.
