Think back, while driving along Puerto Rico's northen coast, you come across lots of huts by Luquillo Beach. The wonderful aroma of fritters such as "bacalaitos",(Cod fritters),and "empanadas de jueyes",(crab turn overs), make you take a pit stop. You gotta have them!!! (read less)
