Just about any of our Rican Soul food can be served as appetizers. "Sorullitos de Maiz"(Corn Fritters), "Pastelillitos",(Small Turn Overs), "Bacalaitos",(Cod Fish Fritters), and my grandmother's very own "Guineitos Niños Empapados de Mezcla de Harina de Trigo"(baby bananas with flour mixture.)
